How we calculate

Planetary positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris with the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa. Moon sign, Nakshatra, pada, Lagna, tithi and sunrise or sunset times are computed by our own code from the date, time and place of birth or of the event. Celebrity birth data and grades

Every public figure carries a data grade. Accurate means the birth time comes from a documented source, Reference means it is published but unverified, and Uncertain means we could not confirm it. Lists such as celebrity birthdays include only Accurate and Reference data. Birth dates and places come from public records; biographies that quote Wikipedia are credited and licensed CC BY-SA. Astrology and medical decisions

Our content is based on Vedic astrology, a traditional practice. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. For birth planning, only choose between dates your doctor already considers equally safe, and follow your doctor's guidance first. A planned birth is normally scheduled from 39 weeks, never earlier without a medical reason.

Corrections

If you spot an error in a chart, a date or a celebrity profile, or you are a person listed here and want your entry corrected or removed, email support@astrotwinz.com with the page link. We check the source and fix confirmed errors, and articles show the date they were last reviewed.
